Great value, room was nice, staff were really helpful. It had a good and great location short walk to restaurants to go to and close to the train station. Had nice dainties at Venchi Cioccolato, located close to the hotel...

The accommodation was excellent with a clean and spacious room that included a kitchen; the staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations.

Strong Smell: The room had a pungent smell of curry or some other strong scent, which persisted throughout my stay.

our stay at the guesthouse was absolutely delightful. the location was perfect, with great dining options and easy access to transportation. the host was incredibly kind and responsive. the amenities, such as a washing machine, made our stay even more convenient. it exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

It was either scorching hot or freezing cold, no in-between. We booked for a family of five and ended up in two separate apartments in different buildings.

I recently stayed at a charming guest house in Venice and had a wonderful experience. My family and I were warmly welcomed and allowed to check-in early, which was a great convenience. The room was spacious and clean, with a private bathroom. The location by the canal was perfect, with numerous restaurants to choose from. While the touristic center was a bit of a walk, it wasn't an issue for us. Additionally, there were plenty of options for dining and grocery shopping nearby. The kitchen and beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well for a small extra fee. The proximity to the train station was also a plus, and the owner kindly allowed us to store our luggage after check-out. it was a fantastic stay.

I particularly enjoyed the rooms with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge. This provided the convenience of cooking my own meals during my stay.
